PERSONAL PROPERTY (ONLINE BIDDING):

Everything will be sold to the highest bidders for cash. Your bid is a contract: Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the high bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract with Bolinger Real Estate and Auction. All bids are in US dollars. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all items sold and will be added to the final bid. Bolinger Real Estate and Auction makes every attempt to accurately describe all items at the auction sale, there are always possibilities of errors occurring which is out of Bolinger Real Estate and Auction`s control.

Please inspect before you bid and remember, everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS basis, and no warranty or representation, either express or implied, concerning the property is made by the Seller or Auction Company. Information listed in advertising is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. On occasion, we may have additional information regarding an item being auctioned and will be announced during the auction process. 

Payments: Payments by ALL successful bidders can be paid by wire transfer (plus an additional $20 fee), cash, credit card (plus a 3% processing fee), cashier's check, or personal check.  All successful bidders will receive their invoices via email from Bolinger Real Estate and Auction within one hour after the auction has closed and payments are due on receipt. Payments are expected to be completed by Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 5 PM. If payment has not been received by then, the credit card on file will be charged for the full invoice total.

Taxes: All successful bidders will be responsible for sales taxes which will be added to your invoice unless an exemption certificate is supplied prior to invoicing.

Refunds: No refunds or adjustments will be made once an item has been removed from the auction site. All refunds and adjustments are solely at the discretion of the auction company.

Removal: Rigging and removal is the responsibility of the buyer. All riggers or buyers who will be removing items using any powered vehicle will need to provide a certificate of insurance that is acceptable to Bolinger Real Estate and Auction. Removal may begin when the auction has been completed and payment in full received. All items must be removed by September 23rd at 5:00 PM. Anything left after that time will be considered abandoned property and will become property of the auction company.  The auction company will be on site September 22nd from 9 AM – 5 PM for items to be picked up.  Removal of other items will need to be scheduled with auction company by appointment ONLY.  Buyer responsible for all costs associated with loading and disassembling of the purchased items including unhooking of the electrical. 

Bolinger Real Estate & Auction, its Auctioneers, Agents, or Sub-Agents shall not be responsible or liable in any way if the Owner of the subject property fails to honor any bid, refuses to, or cannot close or tender title in accordance with winner bid or any contract entered in respect thereof. Bolinger Real Estate & Auction, its Auctioneers, Agents, or Sub-Agents shall not be responsible or liable if property is in need of attention, repairs, is contaminated with hazardous waste, or is in any way unsatisfactory to a bidder.
