TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ AND REVIEW THE REAL ESTATE TERMS THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BIDDING ON ANY PROPERTY. IF YOU HAVE NOT READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS, DO NOT BID. BY BIDDING ON THE PROPERTY, BUYER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH AND ENTERS INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE THE PROPERTY UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Property Location: 213 Mark Drive, Hopkinsville, KY 42240
Auction Location: On-Site
Buyer's Premium: There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium added to the final bid and will be included in the total sales price.
Taxes: Applicable KY Sales tax applies unless an exemption certificate is provided before checkout.
Payment: Payments by ALL successful bidders can be paid by cash, check, or credit card (plus a 3% processing fee. Full payment of all items must be made prior to the removal of the items. In-person bidders are required to make payments promptly after all items are sold.
Removal: All items must be removed at the conclusion of the auction on 08/25/2023. Anything left after that time will be considered abandoned property and will become property of the auction company. Buyer is responsible for all loading and disassembling of the purchased items.
Refunds: No refunds or adjustments will be made once an item has been removed from the auction site. All refunds and adjustments are solely at the discretion of the auction company.

The property is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, and no warranty or representation, either express or implied, concerning the property is made by the Seller or Auction Company. Bidder Information & Security: All registration information the bidder provides to Bolinger Real Estate & Auction, LLC shall be current, complete & accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and password. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify Bolinger Real Estate & Auction, LLC if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
Conduct of the Auction: Bolinger Real Estate & Auction, LLC reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason and also reserves the right to cancel this auction or remove any item or lot from this auction prior to the close of bidding. All decisions of Bolinger Real Estate & Auction are final.
YOUR BID ON THIS AUCTION INDICATES BOTH AN UNDERSTANDING AND AN ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOURSELF AND BOTH THE SELLER AND BOLINGER REAL ESTATE & AUCTION AND THAT YOU, AS THE BIDDER, ARE PREPARED TO PURCHASE THE PROPERTY UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AUCTION.
ANY ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE BY THE AUCTION COMPANY AT THE AUCTION PODIUM DURING THE TIME OF THE SALE TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ANY PREVIOUSLY PRINTED MATERIAL, OR ANY OTHER ORAL STATEMENTS MADE.
