BY BIDDING IN THE AUCTION, BUYER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH AND ENTERS INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE ANY ITEMS WON DURING THE AUCTION UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Auction Location: 5552 Dixon Rd, Orlinda, TN 37141 

Pre-Bidding: Pre-Bidding Begins: Friday July 1st at 8:00AM CT; Pre-Bidding Ends: Friday July 8th at 9:30AM CT

Bidding Begins: Friday July 8th @ 10:00 AM CT

Age Requirement: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Buyer’s Premium: There will be a 7% Buyer's Premium added to the final bid and will be included in the total sales price.

Taxes: Applicable TN Sales Tax applies unless an exemption certificate is provided before checkout. 

Payments: Payments by ALL successful bidders can be paid by wire transfer (online bidders only--plus an additional $20 fee), cash, check, or credit card (plus a 3% processing fee).  All successful online bidders will receive their invoices via email from Bolinger Real Estate and Auction at the conclusion of the auction and payments are due on receipt. Full payment of all items must be made prior to the removal of the items. In-person bidders are required to make payments promptly after all items are sold.

Removal: All items must be removed at the conclusion of the auction on 07/08/2022. Anything left after that time will be considered abandoned property and will become property of the auction company.  Buyer is responsible for all loading and disassembling of the purchased items.

Refunds: No refunds or adjustments will be made once an item has been removed from the auction site. All refunds and adjustments are solely at the discretion of the auction company.

The property is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, and no warranty or representation, either express or implied, concerning the property is made by the Seller or Auction Company. Bolinger Real Estate & Auction will look to the herein registered bidder for performance on any bid placed on this auction if you are the successful high bidder.

Seller Representation: Bolinger Real Estate & Auction represents the Seller in this transaction.

Credit Card Authorization: It is a requirement to enter a valid credit card in order to bid online in ANY auction on our website. The card entered will be authorized for $1.00. If bidding in a real estate auction, your down payment will need to be in the form of wire transfer or check. See Down Payment terms above for more information.

Bidder Information & Security: All registration information the bidder provides to Bolinger Real Estate & Auction, LLC shall be current, complete & accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and password. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify Bolinger Real Estate & Auction, LLC if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.

ANY ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE BY THE AUCTION COMPANY AT THE AUCTION PODIUM DURING THE TIME OF THE SALE TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ANY PREVIOUSLY PRINTED MATERIAL, OR ANY OTHER ORAL STATEMENTS MADE.
