Buyer's Premium: There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium added to the final bid and will be included in the total sales price.
Taxes: Applicable KY Sales tax applies unless an exemption certificate is provided before checkout.
Payment: Payments by ALL successful bidders can be paid by cash, check, or credit card (plus a 3% processing fee). Full payment of all items must be made prior to the removal of the items. In-person bidders are required to make payments promptly after all items are sold.
Removal: All items must be removed at the conclusion of the auction on 05/20/2022. Anything left after that time will be considered abandoned property and will become property of the auction company. Buyer is responsible for all loading and disassembling of the purchased items.
Refunds: No refunds or adjustments will be made once an item has been removed from the auction site. All refunds and adjustments are solely at the discretion of the auction company.
